Q: Do You Offer Training and Support?

Momentum: We are very training and support conscious. Generally, you can reach a live human by calling our toll free number (at the bottom of this page) between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday (Pacific time). We have support personnel nationwide and the toll free number is your best way to ask questions and get immediate assistance from the proper staff member. Much of the time, this number is also answered on weekends, so if you are in need of help - just give us a call. If you should go to Voice Mail after hours, leave a detailed message and we will get back to quickly.

Q: How does the product training work?

Momentum: Simple product training for paid subscribers is free - within reason. If you have a high degree of turnover or employ those who are "computer-phobic", we may need to make special arrangements for "a redundancy charge", but generally, we can get your people up and operating on the Web tools in a very short period of time - at no charge. In larger organizations, we like to implement a "Train The Trainer" program so your team can quickly become self-sufficient.

We do product training by phone, with both parties looking at the same page over the Internet - so please, don't call us until you can get in front of a computer. We need for you to be logged into your account if we are going to be able to help. Additionally, we have online "Directed Presentations", like www.SalesCharger.com , which can give a new user a solid foundation in how the products work.

Q: I understand Momentum Network offers Management Consulting in a broad range of specialties.

Momentum: Yes, we do. Our Area Partners have vast experience in business, with both private high-growth and medium-sized public companies. We understand what it is to hire 30 new people in a month and to have to do facilities planning for triple digit annual growth. Don't think of us as a bunch of tech geeks who just write code, complete systems integration projects or rework failing web sites and marketing campaigns. To be sure, we have those people, but they are in the back room and, generally, they don't talk to customers.

Momentum: Administrative headquarters are in Reno and our Network Operating Center (NOC) is in San Francisco with a co-location data center in Miami. We now have authorized Momentum Network Affiliates signing up nationwide.

We can provide management consulting expertise in many market segments. Please keep in mind that, sometimes, the best consultant to help your business may not be the one located the closest to your operation. Q: How much is this going to cost?

Momentum: Probably a lot less than you think! Our Web Tools are, generally, subscription based and carry (reasonable amounts) free technical support.
